On a related point, I've noticed that one key MTF seems to be missing from your stats - NYSE ARCA Europe. Are there any plans to add it? I've also found the news "that NASDAQ OMX Europe ("NEURO") in September last year that it would begin trading blue-chip securities listed on Budapest Stock Exchange, Warsaw Stock Exchange and Prague Stock Exchange" fairly interesting - looks like the MTFs will now start chasing emerging markets as well.
